About Kris, the Founder of HealthAndImpact.com
Having started in business at 17 in manufacturing, by 20 he moved into direct-response advertising and generated over $1M+ in his first year. He then went on to become a leveraged growth consultant.
He developed his skills through years of working “in the trenches” with over 50+ Direct-to-consumer brands ranging from startups to 8-figure brands.
His skills have also been massively influenced by his mentors Roland Frasier & Jay Abraham who have generated well over $22+ billion for over 10,000+ companies around the world - as well as his close friend and ex-business partner Amine Ait, founder of IHSAN Consulting and GT Pro Media.
After helping market leaders in the health & wellness space significantly increase bottom-line revenue, Kris entered a dark period of his life where despite having the things he wanted, he got into severe downward depressive spiral. No will to work. No will to help. No will to be.
It wasn’t only until he discovered meditation that his life really started going in an upward spiral once again. From there, he started diving deep into ancient medicine, energy & sound healing, and spiritual practices that helped him start resolving the blockages that were stopping him from living a joyful life.
